You are way off base when blaming the right wing community for this horrible murder. To do this would be the same as blaming Obama for the Muslim Convert who shot the recruiters. Remember it was Obama that said our troops were irritating villages in Iraq and Afghanistan. He spoke very poorly against the wars. So was it his rhetoric that cause the Muslim extremist to do this blatant murder. No. Was it his left wing counterparts that spoke so badly about our soldiers. Maybe. Wait. Of course not. Nuts are nut and will blow things out of proportion. And no don't try to match that Nazi at the Holocaust Museum to either group either. You are right, but I didn't say the right wing. I said "Right Wing Republican Extremist" and I suggest folks yelling kill him referring to Barack Obama at a Republican rally is extremism to say the least and the silence of the Right Wing community when this sort of rhetoric is yelled is deafening and I suggest the deafening silence is approval of this sort of rhetoric.
