Bernie Sanders' CNN Video. Did CNN Request Embedding Disabled? If So Why?

Today I received an email from Bernie Sanders called Bernie Buzz. I subscribe to Bernie Sanders' e-newsletters and and this e-newsletter contained this link: Watch Wolf Blitzer interview Bernie on CNN after the Senate vote. I clicked on the link to see the video and when I clicked the video play button the video said "Embedding disabled by request." "Watch on YouTube." So I went over to YouTube and watched the video. After watching the video I left the following comment: "Bernie, did CNN request you to disable embedding"?

The Bernie Sanders' e-newsletter also contained this link: Watch Bernie and the Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC discuss who the cuts will hurt. This link played fine and the MSNBC video was embeddable.

We all know that disabling video embedding is a way to limit or throttle the video message by limiting it's viewing to YouTube rather than thousands or perhaps millions of blogs all over the world. My question is this: Did CNN make the disable embedding request and if so why?

"Embedding disabled by request." "Watch on YouTube."
