Disclaimer: Here at Hillbilly Report we do not condone the use of the Hillbilly Heroin. It makes you into Rush Limbaugh.

As expected it has already begun. When real Americans try to use common sense there is one thing you can depend on. Idiotic people will automatically knee-jerk against them because well, they are idiots. I guess at least one idiot in America at least has somewhat of an excuse. His brain has been fried by the Hillbilly Heroin.

RDemocrat :: Rush Limbaugh, Background Checks, Hypocrisy and a Wet Noodle
Of course I am speaking of none other than the Oxymoron Rush Limbaugh. Like those of his ilk, anything that is good for America as a whole he will lash out against. His reaction to the President wanting someone to have to submit to a background check to buy a gun to try and insure that felons and the mentally disturbed cannot buy a weapon? Once again referencing the disgraced notion that President Obama is not American:

Ah but of course there is a reason why Limbaugh does not like background checks and wants felons to be able to buy guns. You see, his background shows that he should be considered a felon too:

Rush Limbaugh and prosecutors in the long-running prescription fraud case against him have reached a deal calling for the only charge against the conservative commentator to be dropped without a guilty plea if he continues treatment, his attorney said Friday.

Prosecutors' three-year investigation of Limbaugh began after he publicly acknowledged being addicted to pain medication and entered a rehabilitation program. They accused Limbaugh of "doctor shopping," or illegally deceiving multiple doctors to receive overlapping prescriptions, after learning that he received about 2,000 painkillers, prescribed by four doctors in six months, at a pharmacy near his Palm Beach mansion.

Of course, if you and I were to fraudulently obtain 2,000 Oxycontin pills and got caught that is exactly what we would be. Not only a drug addict, but a felon. However, unlike Rush Limbaugh most of us cannot afford to buy our way out of a criminal record:

As a primary condition of the dismissal, Limbaugh must continue to seek treatment from the doctor he has seen for the past 2? years, Black said. Among other provisions, he also has agreed to pay the state $30,000 to defray its investigative costs, Black said.

And even if we could, a decent human being would not be so hypocritical about it:

Before his own problems became public, Limbaugh had decried drug use and abuse and mocked President Clinton for saying he had not inhaled when he tried marijuana. He often made the case that drug crimes deserve punishment.

"Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. ... And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up," Limbaugh said on his short-lived television show on Oct. 5, 1995.

But maybe there is a really good reason for Limbaugh to be so enamored with his guns. He needs something to make him feel like a man. He is definitely a coward who talks a big game but when it comes right down to it his manhood is more like a wet noodle than an AK-47. Luckily for him once again he got to buy his way out of it:

Rush Limbaugh could see a deal with prosecutors in a long-running prescription fraud case collapse after authorities found a bottle of Viagra in his bag at Palm Beach International Airport. The prescription was not in his name.

Limbaugh was detained for more than three hours Monday at the airport after returning from a vacation in the Dominican Republic. Customs officials found the Viagra in his luggage but his name was not on the prescription, said Paul Miller, a spokesman for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

Under the deal reached last month with prosecutors, Limbaugh was not to be arrested for any infraction for 18 months in exchange for authorities deferring a charge of "doctor shopping." Prosecutors had alleged the conservative talk-show host illegally deceived multiple physicians to receive overlapping painkiller prescriptions.

Investigators confiscated the drugs, which treat erectile dysfunction. Limbaugh was released without being charged.

Yes that explains a lot about why Rush Limbaugh hates background checks and needs his firearms so badly. If I were him I would need a gun to feel like a man too and definitely would not want anyone looking at my background that showed how I can get away with things others can't, my rank hypocrisy about it all, and my laughable wet noodle. What else do you expect from a lying Nazi wannabe?:
