poles.  I'm questioning the accuracy of the pouls.  I'm questioning the veracity of the polls.  I'm questioning the methodology and the intent.  I'm questioning the whole maggilla.

You guys are supporters of Mongiardo, who in my self-exalted opinion is the best Republican (and the only one that can be trusted) in the race.  I'm a Conway supporter, but believe there are a couple a gays or gals much better suited - and like you - I'm so completely suspicious of big-sitty liberals who look-down on us out in the sticks.  Whether its 1000 Sticks or White Plains;  Monkey's Eybrow or Rabbit Hash;  Rabbit Ridge or Flamming Neon;  Louisville & Lexington Democrats only THINK they've the answer;  they're as off-base as the sittified Republican'ts.

We know we've got to dig coal;  we know how hard it is to keep jobs &  people at home.  We know we've got to burn the coal & clean the stack-gas;  precipitate the ash and trap the pollutants.  All they want to do is spin windmills, trap the rays and find excuses not to drive our cars while they use theirs.

So ... what's the problem?  Don't like dissent?

I really have to question your sincerity.
BimBeau I realize there are differences of opinion as to who will make the best senator. That's only human and if you support Jack Conway I hope you will consider writing a diary about that.
I'm not going to take sides on this race, at this time, but I hope we get diaries from folks like you that have made their choice.

Neither myself or Jim is supporting either right now. This is not a site for Mongiardo, or Conway or any other candidate. Shack does support Mongiardo, but this is a site for all Democrats. We hope to make a difference for rural candidates nationwide and that is basically our stated goal. Shack is free to write Mongiardo diaries, and you or anyone else that wants to sign up is free to post diaries on any candidate they want. All we ask is that the candidate fights for Progressive issues, and is a Democrat. I feel both Mongiardo and Conway qualify. I try to keep my diaries on that race neutral, because honestly I admire Conway and Mongiardo both.

Myself as a moderator, I believe in as little censorship as possible. On national blogs I have had comments I made about the ridiculousness of the "Magic Bullet Theory" (Joe Sestak for Senate) and it is agrrevating. However, on this blog we are really hoping to maintain it without personal attacks or insults to other users and candidates. Genuine dissent and explanation of why is always encouraged. We just want to refrain from getting personal with each other because in the end we are really all fighting for the same thing and are on the same team.

By your comments you are obviously quite intelligent and I hope you know you are welcome to write diaries for Conway, leave ActBlue links or whatever you want. This blog is no way "in the bag" for Mongiardo. I invited Shack to write here and will invite Conway supporters too once some write diaries here. All we want is discussion without insult. We will delete comments that seem like personal attacks and smears.
