Wow Senator Mitch McConnell will be speaking at two events open to the public during the month of August. August 4, 2012 Senator Mitch McConnell will be speaking at the annual Fancy Farm picnic. August 21, 2012 Senator Mitch McConnell and Senator Rand Paul will be speaking at a Tea Party rally on the front steps of the Capitol, in Frankfort, Kentucky.
