| This is going to be interesting. Big spender, $1,535,993,325 Billion with a "B" in earmarks, Senator Mitch McConnell speaking at a Tea Party rally, in Frankfort, Kentucky August 21, 2012. According to Bluegrass Politics the Lexington Tea Party and the Northern Kentucky Tea Party will be co-sponsoring the event with the Louisville Tea Party and we all know these Tea Party folks are against big government spending. We'll see about that when when Senator Mitch McConnell steps to the podium to speak. If the Tea Party folks, at the event, embrace big spender Senator Mitch McConnell, I believe it will be reasonable to conclude, that the Tea Party folks are nothing but Mitch McConnell puppets willing to dance to the Senator's tune. |
However if the Tea Party folks boo Senator Mitch McConnell off of the stage, I believe it will be reasonable to conclude, that the Tea Party folks are serious about big spending politicians, including Senator Mitch McConnell.
So which will it be? Will the Tea Party folks boo (big spender) Senator Mitch McConnell off of the stage or will they embrace him as one of their own?
