Are both Democrats and Republicans covering up Congressman Ed Whitfield's residency problems? That's what it seems like to me. It's been more than a year since we sent letters to Jack Conway, Nancy Pelosi and John Boehner concerning Congressman Ed Whitfield's residency and not one of them have responded.
This is not a complicated issue. Congressman Ed Whitfield told us what his real residency is in his own hand writing when he signed his Statement Of Candidacy (for 2012) FEC Form 2 using 4356 Westover Place Washington, DC 20016 as his address.
It seems violating Article I Section. 2 of the Constitution of the United States doesn't matter to Jack Conway, Nancy Pelosi and John Boehner, but it bothers me. How about you?
Article I Section. 2 of the Constitution of the United States. No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen. |
