It is no secret that Republicans had a big problem with women in the 2012 elections. After losing the female vote and hence the election by a wide margin it seems as if they would want to reach out to them and show them that they care about things that effect their lives. Well, you can count the Mad Doctor with the twisty curls out of that line of thinking. It seems as if Rand Paul does not even support helping curb violence against women.
