Marksberry Unloads on Kentucky Republicans for "Cozy Industry Relationships"

In Kentucky we have some great candidates bidding to pull upsets in the Congressional races. In the Fourth we have John Waltz and in the Fifth we have Jim Holbert. In the Second Congressional District we have Ed Marksberry, no stranger to us here at Hillbilly Report, and definately a fine candidate in his own right. He is ready to go to Washington and fight to once again expand the American middle-class. Today in a press release, he Unloaded on Kentucky Republicans for their "cozy industry relationships".

Trump: Tax Chinese Imports

It is no secret that the United States has a huge trade imbalance with China. It is no secret that the Chinese manipulate their currency to steal American jobs. Long have politicians like the Senator for Communist China, Mitch McConnell found ways to outsource our middle-class jobs to China to take advantage of an oppressive Communist government that does not respect it's own people and treats them like slaves. Now, a solution has come from an unlikely place.

In a long overdue move that is sure to upset the Senator from Communist China, Mitch McConnell the Obama Administration is starting to push back against China as tensions mount between the countries. It all started with Obama's first visit there when he was chided about the state of the American economy and his visits were staged while the Chinese refused to concede anything on climate change, human rights and would not join in demands for tough security sanctions against Iran.

A Manufacturing Middle-Class Still Matters

One thing that has been lost in the shuffle through decades of free trade zealously is the simple fact that it matters where things are made. With the loss of millions of manufacturing jobs and the closures of hundreds of thousands of factories the ability of our country to innovate and to make the products we consume has been greatly diminished. This in turn has shrunken our middle-class to disasterous levels.
