I live in Paducah Kentucky and the coolest thing happened!! I went downtown to cybersociety to drop off a cd player for my pc, when my daughter asked to go look at the river. So I began searching for the closest parking spot to the river that I could find. That was when my daughter told me about the CNN bus just ahead of us on Broadway! Well of course I wanted to know what was going on so I asked and they said that they were there to interview folks about their opinions on the health care issue. Well hind sight is 20/20 and I'm sure there were a lot of brilliant things that I could have said.
You've got to love the political chat forums. For the most part they spend their time talking (actually complaining) about things thay know nothing about. Like welfare, that they do not recieve and are gravely mistaken as to how things like that work. The most recent example of the severly misinformed opinions is some legislation reguarding the gay minorities in school.

I go to the 'chat rooms' from time to time. That was the first place I heard about these 'tea parties'. So I asked if anyone knew what the 'tea parties' were protesting, and no-one really knew. So I did some further research on the subject and learned even less. There was one fellow that felt the tea party was a more general protest against Obama and several folks seemed to agree.
